Excellent capture of the bird. It looks so predatory, ready to swoop down and snatch a rabbit. Its pose and the composition of the shot is excellent.

Great shot! Excellent composition and framing. I'm distracted, however, by the signature. Both it's placement and prominence detracts greatly from the professionalism of the shot. Certainly sign it, but let the shot be the focus.

Excellent shot, I agree.
I hear you on the RAW issue with Photoshop as I'm in the same dilenma, hence I only shoot jpegs for now. But it looks like I may have to do something really soon as I know I'm really missing out by not shooting in RAW format. This is a really cool shot...
