Bheema

Posted by Prashanth M (Bangalore, India) on 3 November 2006 in Lifestyle & Culture.

Photo taken during Yakshagana play. Yakshagana is one of the old folk dances originated in Karnataka, a southern state of India. It its said that there are more than 350 different folk arts in Karnataka. More about it in Wiki and also my take.

Bheema, thats the name of the character in the play, one of Pandavas in Mahabharat.
