Manasthambha is the tall pillar like structure, which is found in front of almost all temples in India. Usually there will be another small statue of God on top of this pillar. This was taken at Shravanabelugola, Karnataka - the holy place for Jains & where the World's biggest monolithic statue of Lord Gommateshwar is situated My new photoblog - Clicks
