Hucchamma - portrait

Posted by Prashanth M (Bangalore, India) on 19 October 2006 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

An old lady who lives in my native place. I should have used a fill-in photo while taking this :(

When I showed her pic after capturing, she was damn happy. Most of the people in rural India are unheard of digital cameras.

ps: My blog got listed in Cool photo blogs today. Please do rate it.
ps2: Long weekend ahead due to Deepavali. Will be away from net & am3 for 5 days. Queued up images till weekend.

dramatic portrait - it's nice to be able to show someone their photo after you take it. I think the lighting is good, no fill needed.
