Srinivas from Vizag, India

she looks very cute prash. I have some suggestions here..
1) When shooting portaits leave some headroom. i.e dot cut off the head/hair above.
2) Also if u can approach a little closer if possible. than taking and zoomin from far away. i know in this case its hard to get a natural expression from a lil. girl u had to shoot from far away.
B and W looks good here. :)

Isn't she precious?
Mmmm, I have been looking at portraiture lately to try and learn something, and I have noticed that many photographers clip off the top of the head . This seems to help draw the eye to the face. I believe this one works very well. The line of the head draws the eye down to that little finger.

To me what I did with my last portrait was to crop the image until the subject's eyes were on 1/3 of the photo (rule of thirds). However I like the expression on the kid's face... so innocent :)

You got a great expression. I have to disagree with Srinu as I often crop like this and think it works well. What I think if you make it deliberate it is ok but when there is just a little bit cropped off like a few hairs it is distracting... in this case you cropped well into her hair and I think it works.
